Strategy Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Strategy Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will support strategic initiatives by conducting market research (both primary and secondary) and carrying out data analysis to help drive business decisions across existing business lines as well as prospective green field projects. You will also support project management for special projects, as defined from time to time. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with analytical rigor, has ownership mindset and is eager to make a measurable impact on the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, followed by creating a POV for the company.
• Build financial models and business cases for driving new initiatives.
• Collaborate with business units to drive special projects and track progress.
• Support business planning which includes bringing market intel around industry trends, emerging technologies, regulatory changes, etc., as well as creating dashboards as per need.
• Analyze internal data and business performance to identify growth opportunities, inefficiencies, or areas for improvement.
• Prepare excellent presentations and reports for consultative sales pitch, partnership pitch, senior leadership reviews and board meetings.

Qualifications: Required -

• Master’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with business and financial acumen
• Ability to work independently & collaboratively for managing multiple tasks in a fast paced dynamic environment. • Excellent presentation skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to engage with internal and external leaders.
• Preferred – • Automotive digital background
• Experience of working closely with CXO/Founder’s office. • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and/or SQL
