As a Strategy Analyst at Village Company, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth, expansion, and distribution alongside our founders. Your key responsibilities will include: - Working closely with the founders on various aspects such as growth strategies, expansion plans, and distribution channels. - Organizing and analyzing data from multiple sources to derive valuable insights that will inform strategic decisions and future actions. - Utilizing Excel and AI tools like ChatGPT to automate tasks, conduct in-depth analysis, and enhance overall impact. - Identifying new opportunities, conceptualizing growth experiments, and implementing innovative ideas to drive business growth. - Effectively communicating insights to motivate action and achieve tangible results. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Exceptional problem-solving skills rated at 10/10. - Proficiency in Excel with the ability to manage complex datasets comfortably. - Strong communication skills coupled with a flair for storytelling. - A passion for AI tools and a continuous drive to improve by 1% each day through strategic experimentation. - Demonstrated energy, curiosity, and a strong desire to grow rapidly. The work environment is in-office, with working hours from 9 AM to 6:30 PM, six days a week, located in Meerut, UP.
