Role & responsibilities

Market Research & Data Analysis 40% - Conduct comprehensive primary/secondary research on industry trends, market dynamics and competitive landscape to support strategic decisions. - Analyze market/business data and financial information to provide insights into market, business performance and identify growth opportunities. - Prepare presentations that communicate research findings and strategic recommendations to leadership for decision-making. Strategic Business Plan 25% - Manage preparation of organization-wide Strategic Business Plan (SBP) - Coordinate with regional teams and various business functions to gather insights, address challenges and ensure timely completion of the SBP Strategy Projects 25% - Monitor implementation of various strategic projects across regions. - Work closely with project teams to track milestones, identify potential roadblocks and ensure timely implementation of projects. - Provide regular updates to leadership on the status of strategic projects and recommend course correction as needed. Support Activities 10% - Provide analytical support to various strategic projects as and when required.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience of 2-4 years in corporate strategy, management consulting, business analyst or similar roles. • Solid problem solving, analytical thinking and logical reasoning. • Proficiency in data analysis tools, MS office. • Strong interpersonal skills.
