Strategy Analyst

As a Strategy Analyst at HARMAN Automotive, you will play a crucial role in supporting strategic initiatives, market intelligence efforts, and business planning. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting comprehensive market research and competitive intelligence to identify industry trends, opportunities, threats, and best practices. - Developing and maintaining analytical models to forecast market dynamics, potential scenarios, and their business implications. - Supporting the formulation of go-to-market strategies, business plans, and strategic initiatives through qualitative and quantitative analysis. - Preparing insightful presentations, reports, and dashboards for executive leadership to support strategic decision-making. - Monitoring and analyzing competitor activities, strategies, market positioning, and financial performance. - Collaborating with internal stakeholders across various functions (sales, marketing, product teams) to ensure alignment and execution of strategic goals. - Continuously tracking industry benchmarks, regulatory changes, and technological advancements that could impact company strategy. To be successful in this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred. - Minimum 4 years of professional experience in market intelligence, strategy consulting, strategic planning, or business analysis. - Proven ability in market research, competitive analysis, and strategic planning methodologies. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation. - Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly. - Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Collaborative mindset with proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Bonus points if you have: - Prior experience in Automotive, Technology, or Engineering Services industry is highly advantageous. - Familiarity with business modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis. - Understanding of software-defined technologies and emerging trends in Automotive and Tech sectors.
