CarDekho Group - Senior Product Manager - B2C Own the user experience for millions. At CarDekho, we are building India's largest auto-tech platform and our web/app product is at the heart of it. As Senior Product Manager - Growth, you’ll lead the charge in shaping high-impact digital journeys across our app and web platforms. What You'll Do: - Define product strategy & vision across web and native app platforms aligned to company wide KPIs. - Lead cross-functional squads (Design, Tech, Growth, Marketing) to build, launch, and iterate on user-first features. - Drive growth through user funnel optimization, conversion uplift, and retention experiments. - Champion data use tools like GA4, Mixpanel, Clevertap, and SQL to track usage, experiment outcomes, and business impact. - Continuously improve UX and performance metrics, including Core Web Vitals, navigation ease, and load time. - Conduct competitor benchmarking, market research, and user interviews to identify new opportunities. Requirements: Minimum 4 years of product experience in B2C environments (e-commerce, fintech, travel, etc.). A strong foundation in UX thinking, growth experiments, and web/app performance. A strong knowledge of SEO, A/B testing frameworks, and performance analytics. Ability to work with ambiguous problems and prioritize for high business impact. A collaborative, high-ownership mindset with strong stakeholder management Educational background: B.Tech and/or MBA from a top-tier institute (IIT/NIT/IIM/ISB or equivalent). Show more Show less
