Houzeo is an online platform which lets home-owners sell their property by circumventing any traditional intermediaries. The platform enables users to create property listings & upload them to various portals, connect with local real estate professionals, use the provided dashboard to obtain property valuation, compare the value with other properties, avail market analysis reports, fill federal/state disclosures electronically, connect with attorneys/escrow companies, and more. The company earns revenue by offering various monthly packages.
Houzeo is based in Manhattan, New York with offices in Charlotte, North Carolina (US) and Mumbai, India. Our founder is a finance, real estate, and technology veteran with an ivy-league MBA. We were showcased at the TechCrunch Disrupt Startup Battlefield in New York City.
The startup is already profitable and experiencing double digit month-over-month growth. As we are building our brand, we are growing tremendously and launching new products to enhance customer experience and highlight partner services.

Are You the One?
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Brand Partnership Executive/Senior Executive & Strategist with a proven ability to build strong partnerships, develop impactful strategies, and execute high-performance campaigns. The ideal candidate will bring both strategic vision and tactical expertise to strengthen our partnership network and advance our market leadership.
✅ Identify, pitch, and secure strategic partnerships with publications, agencies, and key stakeholders to identify integration, co-marketing, or co-selling opportunities.
✅ Drive the full lifecycle of partnership development, such as market mapping, outreach, negotiation, execution, and management to maximise value.
✅ Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and deliverables to ensure alignment and clarity for both internal and external management.
✅ Monitor partnership performance and provide regular updates and insights to internal management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
Minimum 1-year experience in strategic partnership
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical mindset can evaluate data to drive decision-making.
Self-starter with high ownership and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Existing network in the U.S. real estate or proptech space.
Understanding of U.S. housing market dynamics and industry regulations.
