Strategic Partnership Specialist

Role Overview: Houzeo is looking for a proactive and experienced Brand Partnership Executive/Senior Executive & Strategist to join their team as a Strategic Partnership Specialist. As a Strategic Partnership Specialist, your mission will involve identifying, pitching, and securing strategic partnerships with publications, agencies, and key stakeholders to explore integration, co-marketing, or co-selling opportunities. You will be responsible for driving the full lifecycle of partnership development, including market mapping, outreach, negotiation, execution, and management to maximize value. Monitoring partnership performance and providing regular updates and insights to internal management will also be a key part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, pitch, and secure strategic partnerships with publications, agencies, and key stakeholders. - Drive the full lifecycle of partnership development, including market mapping, outreach, negotiation, execution, and management. - Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and deliverables to ensure alignment and clarity for both internal and external management. - Monitor partnership performance and provide regular updates and insights to internal management. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus). - Minimum 1-year experience in strategic partnership. - Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. - Strong analytical mindset to evaluate data for decision-making. - Self-starter with high ownership and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
