Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with corporate clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
• Pitch SAM-HR’s recruitment and talent consulting services to decision-makers (CXOs / HR Heads / Founders).
• Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with internal recruitment teams for delivery.
• Strategize and execute business development plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and potential business verticals.
• Prepare sales proposals, agreements, and presentations when required.
• Represent SAM-HR at networking events, HR forums, and business meetings.
• Maintain and update sales pipeline & CRM reports regularly.
