Job Title: Store Manager Retail (Jewellery / Fashion/Watches)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead operations for a reputed jewellery & fashion retail brand. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in retail sales and store management, with excellent leadership and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Drive sales and achieve revenue targets through effective sales strategies.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, and ensure timely replenishment.
Handle customer escalations and provide quick, professional resolutions.
Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising, and compliance with brand standards.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and update management.
Ensure adherence to company policies and operational guidelines.

Candidate Profile

Experience: Minimum 2 years in retail store management (jewellery/fashion preferred).

Qualification: Graduate (preferred) or 12th pass with relevant management experience.

Skills: Strong communication, team leadership, sales acumen, and customer handling.

Personality: Confident, presentable, customer-focused, and target-driven.
