Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager located in Azamgarh. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, manage and motivate a team, ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service, and drive sales to meet business goals. Responsibilities include maintaining quality standards, implementing retail strategies, monitoring inventory and loss prevention, and fostering customer loyalty by providing an excellent shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to deliver an excellent shopping experience
• Effective Communication skills to lead, support, and build rapport with customers and team members
• Experience in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention to ensure smooth operations and minimize discrepancies
• Proven leadership and team management abilities to guide and motivate staff effectively
• Knowledge of retail operations and an understanding of the jewelry industry is a plus
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, retail environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
