Job Description: Store Manager (Apparel)

Location: Hyderabad

Salary: ₹30,000 Per Month + Performance Incentives

Required Experience: Minimum 3+ years in a Store Manager (SM) or Assistant Store Manager (ASM) role within the apparel/fashion sector.

Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Retail Professional who understands the "art and science" of apparel sales. With at least 3 years of experience leading a floor, you will be responsible for end-to-end store operations, team management, and driving the bottom line.

Core Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Manage the full store lifecycle, including opening/closing procedures, daily reporting, and cash management.
• Sales Mastery: Consistently achieve store targets by implementing upselling and cross-selling strategies.
• Team Supervision: Lead a team of sales associates, ensuring they are well-versed in product knowledge and customer etiquette.
• Inventory Control: Minimize shrinkage through strict stock audits and efficient warehouse-to-floor transitions.
• Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects the brand's aesthetic through impeccable folding, hanging, and mannequin styling.

Candidate Profile (Must-Haves)

• Experience: Strictly 3+ years of experience serving as an Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager in an apparel boutique or showroom.
• Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of fabrics, garment construction, and seasonal fashion trends.
• Leadership: Proven ability to handle high-pressure sales days and manage staff grievances or scheduling.
• Education: Graduate in any stream (Fashion Management or Retail degrees are a plus).
• Communication: Fluent in Telugu, Hindi and functional English to interact with diverse clientele.
