Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, based in Gwalior. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, building customer relationships, managing shop presentations, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include client consultations, product demonstrations, inventory management, and staying updated on market trends and product knowledge. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for maintaining sales records and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

Strong sales and customer service skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage inventory and multitask effectively
Knowledge of market trends and product knowledge
Proficiency in using sales software and tools
Previous experience in jewellery sales is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
