Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily store operations including inward, outward, and stock maintenance.
Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming materials against purchase orders/invoices.
Issue raw materials, consumables, and spare parts to production and project teams as per requirement.
Maintain proper records of stock.
Conduct regular stock verification, reconciliation, and report discrepancies to management.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of materials to avoid damage or loss.
Monitor minimum stock levels and coordinate with purchase for timely replenishment.
Handle dispatch of finished goods, coordinate with logistics, and prepare delivery challans.
Implement and ensure compliance with company’s store policies and safety standards.
Submit periodic stock and consumption reports to management.
Assist in audits and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.

Key Requirements:

Graduate / Diploma in Materials Management / Supply Chain (preferred).
3–6 years of experience in store/inventory management, preferably in manufacturing (capital goods, fabrication, or kitchen equipment industry).
Strong knowledge of store operations, stock management, and dispatch processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP software, and inventory systems.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of safety and handling of fabrication materials, stainless steel sheets, hardware, and electrical/mechanical components will be an added advantage.
