Production Manager(Sheet Metal)

Job Title: Production Manager – Sheet Metal Fabrication Location: Shikrapur, Maharashtra Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Production Manager with a strong background in sheet metal fabrication and hands-on expertise in AutoCAD to lead our production operations in Shikrapur, Maharashtra . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production activities, manpower, inventory, and machinery while ensuring quality and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities: Sheet Metal Fabrication: Apply in-depth knowledge of sheet metal processes, materials, and fabrication techniques in day-to-day operations. AutoCAD (Mandatory): Use AutoCAD to review and interpret fabrication drawings, production layouts, and technical schematics. Inventory & Store Management: Monitor raw material inventory and coordinate with the purchase team to ensure uninterrupted production.Supervise and guide production staff to achieve targets and maintain a high level of productivity and discipline.Operate and troubleshoot laser cutting , bending , and other sheet metal machinery as needed.Plan, manage, and monitor production schedules and ensure strict adherence to quality and safety standards. Candidate Requirements: Manpower Management: Machine Operations: Production Planning & Quality Oversight: Experience: Minimum 6 years in production management in sheet metal or related industries (preferably telecom enclosures or 4G/LTE fabrication). Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field (preferred). Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory) Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills Ability to perform under pressure and meet strict deadlines Understanding of lean manufacturing practices is a plus Relocation/Commute: Candidates must be willing to relocate or reliably commute to Shikrapur, Maharashtra.
