Job Title: Production Manager_ Sheet Metal Fabrication Location: Shikrapur, Maharashtra Job Type: Full-time Salary: 25,000 To 40,000per month Job Responsibilities: Sheet Metal Knowledge: Expertise in sheet metal processes, materials, and production techniques. Store Knowledge: Managing inventory and ensuring timely procurement of raw materials. Manpower Handling: Efficiently supervise and manage production staff to meet deadlines and maintain productivity. Machine Operations: Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting laser cutting machines and bending machines . Production Oversight: Oversee daily production activities and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in production management, preferably in 4G/LTE or similar industries. Education: Technical background (preferred). Skills: Strong problem-solving and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets. Relocation/Commute: Candidates must be willing to reliably commute or relocate to Shikrapur, Maharashtra, before starting work.
