Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager, located in Sojat. The Production Manager will oversee daily production operations, ensuring that product quality, timelines, and efficiency standards are met. Responsibilities include managing the production team, monitoring workflow, maintaining equipment, and coordinating with other departments to optimize processes. The role involves implementing quality assurance procedures, managing inventory, troubleshooting production challenges, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational protocols.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of production processes, workflow optimization, and quality assurance procedures
• Understanding of inventory management, equipment maintenance, and operational troubleshooting
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory compliance in production environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Operations, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience in the henna, cosmetic, or related manufacturing industries is an advantage
