Production Manager

You will be working as a Production Manager at S D Fine-Chem Limited located in Tarapur. Your role will involve monitoring and controlling the entire production process, strategizing with internal teams, and ensuring operational excellence. Additionally, you will be responsible for quality assessment to ensure customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** - Experience in handling various novel organic reactions/synthesis in semi bulk scale (2500 L capacity) including hydrogenation/pressure reactions up to 60 bar - Minimum 5 years of experience in SCADA Operated chemical plant - Capable of leading a team of 5 to 6 Chemists/10 to 15 Operators - Experience in preparing SOPs, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ documents & liaising with Govt. Agencies like FDA, Factory Inspector, etc. - Preference for experience in Speciality/Fine chemicals/Bulk drugs - Experience in handling MPCB & ETP - Knowledge of SAP preferred - Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 22000 (HACCP), HAZOP & GMP - Contribution to production planning and budgeting - Leading and monitoring quality assessments for ensuring customer satisfaction - Maintaining a safe production environment - Coordinating with key internal and external production stakeholders **Qualifications:** - Ph.D. or M.Sc. in organic chemistry or Chemical Engineering from a reputed university - Minimum 15-20 years of experience in chemical or pharmaceutical industry **Required Skills:** - Custom synthesis - Process optimization - Scale-up - Process development - Analytical data interpretations,
