Research and Development Executive

As an R & D Officer/Executive at SD Fine-Chem Ltd, your primary responsibility will involve contributing to the research and development activities in the laboratory. You are expected to demonstrate a deep understanding of organic chemistry principles, including reaction mechanisms, synthesis, and characterization. Your role will require you to independently set up reactions while ensuring strict adherence to all necessary safety precautions. Additionally, you will play a crucial part in developing and optimizing reaction parameters and processes suitable for production scale. Your proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data, specifically spectroscopic and chromatographic data, will significantly impact the success of the projects. Qualifications Required: - M.Sc in Organic Chemistry - 2-5 years of experience in the chemical industry, preferably in R & D Preference: Candidates based locally or in Mumbai are preferred and should be willing to relocate to Tarapur.
