About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented R&D Executive with 3-5 years of experience in skincare and color cosmetics. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with formulation development and excited to contribute to innovative beauty products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize formulations for skincare and cosmetic products (e.g., creams, serums, lipsticks, foundations, etc.)
• Conduct stability and compatibility testing to ensure product performance and shelf-life
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to bring concept ideas to life
• Research and evaluate new raw materials and ingredient technologies
• Ensure compliance with Indian cosmetic regulations (BIS, FDA, etc.)
• Support scale-up, pilot batches, and production coordination with manufacturing units
• Maintain detailed documentation and technical records

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in R&D, preferably in skincare and/or color cosmetics
• Good understanding of ingredients, formulation techniques, and testing procedures
• Awareness of safety and regulatory standards applicable in the Indian market
• Strong organizational and lab management skills
