Research and Development Executive

Your role as an R&D Executive in the food industry will involve developing new food products, enhancing existing formulations, and ensuring adherence to food safety standards. Here is a breakdown of your responsibilities: - Develop and formulate new food products from concept to commercialization - Enhance existing product recipes for improved taste, shelf life, nutrition, and cost-efficiency - Conduct trials, sensory evaluations, and lab tests - Ensure product compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, and other food safety regulations - Collaborate with production, quality, and procurement teams during scale-up - Accurately document all formulations, trials, and R&D reports - Stay informed about food trends, ingredients, and technologies To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Minimum 3 years of R&D experience in the food processing/manufacturing industry - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field - Proficient knowledge of food safety, preservation techniques, and ingredient functionality - Hands-on experience in lab/pilot plant trials - Strong attention to detail and a drive for innovation The company offers a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday.
