Job Title: Banner Designer (Creative Automation – Global Automotive Campaigns) Location: Mumbai / Thiruvananthapuram, India (Hybrid/Onsite) Reporting To: Design Lead / Project Manager Role Overview We’re looking for a Banner Designer with a keen eye for detail to create and adapt digital assets for a leading global automotive brand. You’ll work within a creative automation platform (e.g., Cape) to produce high-volume static/animated banners, ensuring brand consistency across multiple markets. No prior automation tool experience? No problem—we’ll train you! Key Responsibilities Design & Production: Create and adapt static/animated banners using automation templates. Apply localized content (text, imagery) for market-specific versions. Ensure all assets meet brand guidelines, technical specs, and accessibility standards . Quality & Collaboration: Follow naming conventions, metadata tagging, and QA processes . Work with layout leads to troubleshoot design/technical issues. Contribute to workflow improvements and template optimizations. Skills & Requirements Must-Have: 2–4 years in digital/graphic design (agency or in-house). Expertise in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator . Understanding of digital ad formats (HTML5, display ads). Ability to follow structured design systems and brand rules. Comfortable with high-volume, localized asset production . Quick learner (new tools/platforms). Nice-to-Have: Exposure to Cape, Google Web Designer, Bannerflow, or Celtra . Basic After Effects (for simple animations).
