Entry-Level Associate

Reports To: Asst Manager- R&D

Working hours – 9AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday

Joining – Immediate

Salary - Negotiable

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cell culture techniques, including cell line maintenance, media preparation, and cryopreservation.
• Assist in the development and optimization of cell-based assays for research purposes.
• Conduct laboratory experiments involving cell biology, microbiology, and biotechnology techniques.
• Support the team in developing vaccines, diagnostics, or nutraceuticals through cell culture-based processes.
• Maintain detailed and accurate laboratory records, ensuring compliance with SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Participate in troubleshooting, data analysis, and interpretation of experimental results.
• Collaborate with team members on R&D projects and support cross-functional activities.

Required Qualifications:

Educational Background

• BTech or Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Microbiology, or related fields.

Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience with aseptic techniques and cell culture processes.
• Familiarity with basic microbiology techniques and molecular biology tools.
• Hands-on experience in molecular cloning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience or internships in industrial or academic settings involving cell culture.
• Knowledge of Vaccine development or diagnostics is a plus.
• Understanding of biosafety and ethical standards in laboratory practices.
