As an R&D Executive in the Food Industry located in Kalady, you will play a key role in developing new food products, enhancing existing formulations, and ensuring adherence to food safety standards. Your responsibilities will involve formulating innovative food products, optimizing recipes for taste, shelf life, and cost-efficiency, as well as conducting trials, evaluations, and tests in alignment with regulatory requirements. You will collaborate closely with production, quality, and procurement teams during the scale-up process, maintaining accurate documentation of all formulations, trials, and R&D reports. Staying abreast of food trends, ingredients, and technologies will be essential to your success in this role. To qualify for this position, you should possess a minimum of 3 years of R&D experience in the food processing/manufacturing sector and hold a degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field. Your expertise in food safety, preservation techniques, and ingredient functionality, coupled with hands-on experience in lab and pilot plant trials, will be critical. Attention to detail and a strong passion for innovation are qualities that we value highly. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday.
