LDG International is a manufacturer of fragrances and flavours for perfumes,lotions,soaps,detergents, essential oils and aromatherapy oil based in Narela Industrial Area, New Delhi. We manufacturer fragrances and perfumes for industrial purposes.

Job Summary
As the R&D Executive at our facility you will be responsible for supporting the R&D Project Leader / Manager in the creation and optimization of perfumery compounds and chemicals, processes, trials, and analysis on raw materials and finished products. You will also be responsible for insuring best practices and maintaining the R&D Laboratory.Responsibilities and Duties

• Assist R&D Project Leader / Manager in the development of new perfumery compounds/process and the adaptation of existing product and equipment
• Maintain R&D documents and electronic files
• Understanding of Gas Chromatography Mass Spectra Technologies(GCMS) and running tests on this machine.
• Communicate with marketing team in regards to labelling compliance, and sample shipment for testing
• Ensure best practices in the R&D lab and maintain lab.
• Other general tasks assigned by R&D Project Leader / Manager

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in the field

• chemistry
• chemical engineering
• materials science/technology
• pharmacology
• biotechnology

or an equivalent certification

• 6 month’s experience in related perfumery or chemical industry preferred

Skills/Qualifications:

• Knowledge of chemical analysis.
• Knowledge of lab equipment and trials
• Microsoft office proficiency.
• Fluent English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
