We manufacturer fragrances and perfumes for industrial purposes. ** We are looking to hire experienced Male back-office executives who will be performing data management, project handling, market research, Inventory analysis, assisting Sales, and other functions as per management requirements. Roles and Responsibilities Assisting and coordinating with the sales team for proposal and quotation making as per the requirement. Coordinating with the Field Operations team for photographs collection and site working status. Handling all activities from a campaign’s start till its bill submission from the back-office point. Checking Stock In/Out and Updating Inventory. Scanning/printing important documents as and when required. Assist and support management on different tasks and responsibilities. Perform market research as per project requirements. Empanelment of company in various organizations Good English written communication skills for letter/email drafting KRA may change as per the management and business’s requirements. Data Entry & Record Maintenance Enter and update sales, service, and inventory data accurately. Maintain electronic records of medical equipment, service reports, and customer details. Ensure timely updating of attendance, leave, and HR-related data (if applicable). Documentation & Reporting Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by management. Create and maintain documents such as quotations, invoices, service reports, and delivery challans. Assist in preparing regulatory documents required for medical devices (if any). System & Software Handling Operate company software related to sales, service, inventory, and CRM. Ensure proper backup of data and maintain confidentiality of information. Assist employees with basic computer-related issues. Coordination & Communication Desired Candidate Profile A person should be staying nearby Narela, Delhi. 1-2 years of experience as a Back-office Executive/Administrative. Previous work experience in the same post/department. Excellent organizational skills. Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software. Ability to work as part of a team. We manufacturer fragrances and perfumes for industrial purposes. ** Job Summary As the R&D Executive at our facility you will be responsible for supporting the R&D Project Leader / Manager in the creation and optimization of perfumery compounds and chemicals, processes, trials, and analysis on raw materials and finished products. You will also be responsible for insuring best practices and maintaining the R&D Laboratory. Responsibilities and Duties Assist R&D Project Leader / Manager in the development of new perfumery compounds/process and the adaptation of existing product and equipment Maintain R&D documents and electronic files Understanding of Gas Chromatography Mass Spectra Technologies(GCMS) and running tests on this machine. Communicate with marketing team in regards to labelling compliance, and sample shipment for testing Ensure best practices in the R&D lab and maintain lab.
