Job Title: R&D Executive – Beauty Location: Mumbai, India Experience: 3–5 Years Joining: Immediate preferred Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented R&D Executive with 3-5 years of experience in skincare and color cosmetics. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with formulation development and excited to contribute to innovative beauty products. Key Responsibilities: Develop and optimize formulations for skincare and cosmetic products (e.g., creams, serums, lipsticks, foundations, etc.) Conduct stability and compatibility testing to ensure product performance and shelf-life Collaborate with marketing and product teams to bring concept ideas to life Research and evaluate new raw materials and ingredient technologies Ensure compliance with Indian cosmetic regulations (BIS, FDA, etc.) Support scale-up, pilot batches, and production coordination with manufacturing units Maintain detailed documentation and technical records Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field 2–4 years of experience in R&D, preferably in skincare and/or color cosmetics Good understanding of ingredients, formulation techniques, and testing procedures Awareness of safety and regulatory standards applicable in the Indian market Strong organizational and lab management skills Preferred Qualities: Passionate about innovation in the beauty industry Independent, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Excellent communication and team collaboration Why Join Us?
