Job Description:

E sandhai Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Research and development assistant to work on value addition of vegetables. The ideal candidate should have practical experience and a basic understanding of supply chain of vegetables and process methods to increase the shelf life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sound knowledge on packaging and shelf life improvements
• Research Data analysis and execution
• Sound knowledge about analytic equipment’s and its method of analysis
• Ensure strict compliance with safety standards.
• Project Management and execution before deadlines.

Requirements:

• Fresher / Experienced
• Fundamental knowledge of Fruits and Vegetables preservation
• Basic understanding of shelf life improvement methods
