Research and Development Executive

As an R&D Executive in our company, your role will involve leading product innovation initiatives in the food and beverage industry. You should have a strong background in R&D, product development, and commercialization, along with a passion for driving innovation. Key Responsibilities: - Drive end-to-end R&D projects from ideation to commercialization. - Conduct market research to identify trends and develop new product concepts. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and QA. - Optimize product formulations for taste, nutrition, and cost-effectiveness. - Ensure compliance with FSSAI regulations, HACCP, GMP, and ISO standards. - Lead sensory analysis, product testing, and data-driven improvements. - Manage supplier relationships for raw material sourcing and quality assurance. - Prepare and present reports on project progress and outcomes. Qualifications: - M-Tech / B-Tech in Food Technology, Food Science, or related field. - 3+ years of experience in Nutraceuticals product development. - Strong project management skills with experience in Stage Gate processes. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
