Candidates must hold a minimum Bachelor's degree in EEE/ECE/E&I or equivalent, along with at least five years of hands-on ATE Testing experience. Key qualifications and experience required for this role include: - Developing Production/Characterization/Qualification Test Programs from scratch - Hands-on experience with Advantest 93k Tester platform/Teradyne IGXL Tester platform - Proficiency in Test data analysis and exposure to STIL, STDF file formats - Experience in test time reduction and yield enhancement for various products is advantageous - Prior experience working with bench instruments like DMM, Oscilloscope, etc., for debugging - Knowledge of OOP based programming, PERL scripting, and data analysis tools like Galaxy, JMP, SAS is beneficial - Familiarity with HTOL methodology and Assembly process would be advantageous for day-to-day activities.
