Position Summary:

The R&D Executive will support the development of innovative box designs, colour combinations, and creative concepts. The role also involves coordination with the sales and exhibition teams to ensure smooth execution of design-related tasks.

Department: Research and Development
Location: Jaipur
Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

· Research and develop new box designs aligned with market trends.

· Work on creative colour combinations and packaging concepts.

· Assist in exhibition activities including panel design, display of boxes, and city-specific colour themes.

· Conduct box photo shoots in the office as required by the sales team.

· Design cards, exhibition creatives, and city-based promotional materials.

· Create weekly design posts to support exhibition nurturing activities.

· Review exhibition samples and recommend suitable printing styles for boxes.

· Organise and maintain the sample room for easy access by the sales team.

Required Skills & Competencies:

· Strong creativity with basic knowledge of design principles.

· Good understanding of colour combinations and packaging trends.

· Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

· Basic knowledge of product photo shoots.

· Good communication, attention to detail, and time-management skills.

Ideal Profile:

Someone with:

· Background in product design, packaging design, or visual merchandising

· Understanding of sustainable materials and eco-friendly production

· Experience with mood boards, styling, and photoshoot coordination

· Knowledge of jewellery industry aesthetics (huge plus given Jaipur’s jewellery market)

· Hands-on experimentation mindset

Education & Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Packaging Design, Fashion Design, Visual Merchandising, or related field.

· 2-5 years of experience in product development, packaging design, or visual merchandising.
