We are currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of R & D Officer/Executive to join our team at Tarapur, Maharashtra (Onsite). The ideal candidate should hold an M.Sc in Organic Chemistry, and candidates with 2-5 years of experience in the chemical industry, particularly in R & D, will be preferred. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrating a deep understanding of organic chemistry principles, encompassing reaction mechanisms, synthesis, and characterization. - Conducting hands-on experience of setting up reactions independently while adhering to all necessary safety precautions. - Developing and optimizing reaction parameters and processes suitable for production scale. - Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data, including spectroscopic and chromatographic data. Preference: Candidates based locally or in Mumbai are preferred and should be willing to relocate to Tarapur.
