Store Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing store operations related to Raw Material (RM) and Packaging Material (PM) stores. This includes ensuring proper material handling, labeling, storage, and retrieval as per SOP. You will supervise the inward and outward movement of materials and coordinate dispatch activities. Additionally, you will monitor inventory levels, conduct stock verifications, and coordinate with purchase and production teams for material availability. Key Responsibilities: - Manage overall operations of Raw Material (RM) and Packaging Material (PM) stores - Ensure proper material handling, labeling, storage, and retrieval as per SOP - Supervise inward and outward movement of materials, including dispatch coordination - Monitor inventory levels and conduct periodic physical stock verification - Reconcile stock variances and maintain minimum stock levels - Coordinate with the purchase and production teams for timely availability of materials - Handle all documentation processes in compliance with GMP and regulatory guidelines - Maintain accurate records for material receipts, issuances, stock reports, and movement logs - Prepare and maintain SOPs, checklists, and documentation related to storage and dispatch - Perform the duties of In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) - Support the implementation and maintenance of QMS including Change Control, Deviation, CAPA, and APQR - Ensure documentation and traceability for quality audits and inspections - Plan and execute timely dispatches of finished goods - Coordinate with logistics partners for smooth delivery - Ensure packaging and documentation are in order before dispatch Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of GMP, GDP, and QMS systems - Proficient in inventory management and ERP systems - Detail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational skills - Ability to handle audits and compliance documentation Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description.,
