Store Executive

Job Title: Jr. Store Executive Department: Stores / Inventory Management Experience: 1 - 2yrs Reports to: Purchase Head Job Summary: We are looking for a Jr. Store Executive with 1–2 years of experience to manage and support inventory control, material handling, and documentation processes for electrical and electronics components. The ideal candidate will ensure timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining accuracy and supporting smooth warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery challans. Organize and store components (PCBs, cables, connectors, tools, etc.) as per standard procedures. Maintain stock registers , inventory records , and GRN (Goods Receipt Notes) . Issue materials to production and R&D departments as per requisition. Ensure proper labeling, binning , and storage of materials to prevent damage and loss. Conduct periodic physical stock audits and reconcile discrepancies. Coordinate with procurement, accounts, and logistics teams. Track minimum stock levels , raise alerts for replenishment. Handle basic ERP or inventory management systems. Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent. 1–2 years of experience in storekeeping, preferably in an electronics/electrical or manufacturing environment. Basic knowledge of inventory management practices and documentation. Familiar with ERP systems , MS Excel. Good organizational and time-management skills. Attention to detail and ability to work in a team. Preferred Skills: Experience handling electrical/electronic components or consumables . Understanding of BOMs, part numbers and stock traceability. Exposure to ISO 9001 or similar quality systems is a plus.
