Training Officer Job Description : -Liaising with HoDs to understand the training needs of the various departments -Personally engaging with employees to gauge their level of technical knowledge & understanding -Creating a department-wise training program including initial training after recruitment as well as subsequent regular trainings -Studying product manuals and other extant technical documents and creating training documents tailored to the company and its products -Creating question papers and schedules for evaluation of trainees -Conducting evaluations, grading answer sheets, and retraining as and when necessary -Providing feedback to HoDs and collecting insights from them for future course of action Profile: -Educational qualification: B.Tech / M. Tech from a good university in Electrical / Electronic Engineering . Professional experience: Teaching experience of 3-5 years in Electrical/Electronic Engineering IT skills : Good grasp over MS Office Suit -Soft Skills : Must be VERY good at communication since this is primarily a teaching role. Proactive and energetic - to handle all this responsibility alone. Must be good with people. May look for people who are teaching in Private Engineering Colleges as asst. professor ( preferred ) , or people who teach at IIT coaching institutes like FITJEE.
