R&D Engineer

Job Title: R&D Engineer – Power Electronics.

Educational Qualification:

• Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering with minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience
• OR
• Bachelor’s Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Electronics/Electrical Engineering with 1–2 years of experience in Power Electronics Development or Product Testing
• Salary : Diploma : 15k – 20k. B.Tech : 20k – 25k (from a reputed Institute)

• Experience Required:
• Hands-on experience in Power Electronics R&D and Testing
• Exposure to product validation, testing, and analysis of power electronic systems
• Prior involvement in prototype development or new product introduction is a plus

Required Skill Set:

• Strong working knowledge of IGBT / MOSFET-based drive circuits
• Familiarity with Power Supply design and topologies
• Hands-on experience in testing of Inverter and Battery Charger systems
• Ability to read and interpret electronic circuit schematics and datasheets
• Proficient with basic lab instruments (Oscilloscope, Power Analyzer, Multimeter, etc.)
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and test power electronic circuits and systems (Inverters, Chargers, Power Supplies)
• Conduct product testing and validation as per industry standards and in-house protocols
• Analyze and troubleshoot circuit issues, component failures, or system-level problems
• Work closely with design and production teams to transition prototypes into manufacturable products
• Prepare technical documentation, test reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during R&D activities

Service Loyalty Agreement:

· Please note, we have a paid Service Loyalty Agreement of 3 yrs.
