Job Description

Looking for a skilled Stewards/Sr. Stewards to join our team in the hospitality industry, with 2-4 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
Manage table settings, serve food and beverages, and handle cash transactions accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Collaborate with other staff members to achieve sales targets and improve customer experience.
Handle complaints or issues professionally and courteously.
Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail is necessary to maintain high standards of quality and accuracy.
Basic math skills are needed for handling cash transactions and calculating change.
The candidate should be able to stand for long periods, move quickly between tables, and climb stairs.
A flexible attitude is expected, including working evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
