We are looking for skilled Stewards/Sr. Stewards to join our team in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of quality. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a passion for delivering outstanding experiences.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage table settings, ensuring all tables are properly prepared and maintained.
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guests' needs and resolving issues professionally.
Maintain high levels of knowledge about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Steward or Sr. Steward in a reputable establishment.
Strong knowledge of wine, beer, and other beverages, along with excellent communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
