Overview
The Front Desk Manager will oversee the daily operations of the front office, ensuring a seamless and exceptional guest experience. This role is key to managing the reception team, coordinating guest services, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality in line with the hotel s brand. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

  • Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 5 years of experience in front office operations, with at least 1 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations, guest service standards, and hospitality software (PMS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Responsible For
  • Supervise and manage all front desk activities, including check-in, check-out, guest services, and reservations.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between front office, housekeeping, and other departments to provide a seamless guest experience.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of guest service and satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor front desk staff to maintain a professional and motivated team.
  • Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly.
  • Manage daily cash handling, billing, and reconciliation procedures.
  • Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and hotel policies.
  • Prepare regular reports on occupancy, revenue, guest feedback, and front office performance.
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for special packages, promotions, and events.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory requirements.
