Amartara Luxury Hotel Resort is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead revenue generation and business development efforts at our Abu Road property. This role is pivotal in driving occupancy, enhancing brand visibility, and building lasting client relationships that reflect Amartara s commitment to excellence in the luxury hospitality sector.
The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, strong industry network, and proven sales expertise to identify new business opportunities, manage key accounts, and execute initiatives that maximise profitability while upholding Amartara s standards of sophistication and guest satisfaction.

Responsible For
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities, corporate clients, travel agencies, and event partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotions, campaigns, and brand positioning activities.
  • Prepare detailed sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis and market intelligence to refine sales approaches.
  • Coordinate with the operations and front-office teams to ensure seamless client experience and service delivery.
  • Represent the organization at trade shows, conferences, and industry networking events.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics and provide actionable management insights.
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff and promote a customer-centric culture within the team.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5 7 years of experience in sales within the hospitality or service industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong client networking and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English and Hindi.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
