Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and technically sound Operations Manager / Key Account Manager to oversee internal team operations, manage client relationships, and ensure timely and quality project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in IT, excellent client coordination skills, and the ability to bridge the gap between business and technology teams.

  • Proficiency in

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience working with

    cross-functional technical teams

    and managing client expectations.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
Responsible For
  • Act as a

    bridge between clients and internal technical teams

    , ensuring smooth communication and understanding of project requirements.
  • Handle

    end-to-end client management

    from requirement gathering, project planning, and progress tracking to delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal

    web, app, and software development teams

    to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.
  • Assign tasks

    to the respective teams, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met with high-quality output.
  • Collaborate with the

    business development team

    to prepare customized

    pitch decks, proposals, and presentations

    for new and existing clients.
  • Ensure

    timely delivery

    of projects while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor and streamline operational processes to

    enhance productivity and efficiency

    within the team.
  • Identify opportunities for

    revenue growth

    through client retention, upselling, and cross-selling of services.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, status reports, and performance metrics.
  • Contribute to

    strategic planning and execution

    to achieve company growth objectives.
