Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Steward to join our team at The Orchid Hotel. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in guest rooms and public areas.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guests' requests and resolving issues professionally.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and efficient service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of inventory and supplies, and order replacements as needed.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and enhance overall guest satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Basic knowledge of hotel management systems and software applications.
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
