Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Guest Service

Greet guests courteously and assist them in seating.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction.
Respond to guest requests and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

2. Table Setup & Maintenance

Set up tables, buffets, and service areas before opening hours.
Clear and reset tables quickly between guest sittings.
Ensure the dining area, cutlery, and glassware are clean and well-presented.

3. Coordination & Teamwork

Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
Support senior staff during busy operations, banquets, or events.
Follow instructions from supervisors and maintain effective communication within the team.

4. Hygiene & Safety

Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.
Maintain cleanliness of service areas, utensils, and equipment.
Adhere to hotel policies and grooming standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,736.16 - ₹14,660.20 per month
