Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Guest Service

  • Greet guests courteously and assist them in seating.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Respond to guest requests and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

2. Table Setup & Maintenance

  • Set up tables, buffets, and service areas before opening hours.
  • Clear and reset tables quickly between guest sittings.
  • Ensure the dining area, cutlery, and glassware are clean and well-presented.

3. Coordination & Teamwork

  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
  • Support senior staff during busy operations, banquets, or events.
  • Follow instructions from supervisors and maintain effective communication within the team.

4. Hygiene & Safety

  • Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness of service areas, utensils, and equipment.
  • Adhere to hotel policies and grooming standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,736.16 - ₹14,660.20 per month
