Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end

    contract hiring strategy and execution

    across various business verticals.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of recruiters focused on contract staffing delivery.
  • Ensure

    seamless delivery

    Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients

    , maintaining SLAs and TATs.
  • Partner closely with business, delivery, and HR teams to understand hiring forecasts and staffing plans.
  • Drive

    high-volume hiring

    campaigns across multiple technologies and roles.
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates using multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, internal database, etc.).
  • Negotiate terms, compensation, and availability with contract professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal regulations, and client-specific contract norms.
  • Manage and coordinate with third-party vendors, sub-contractors, and recruitment partners.
  • Stay abreast of

    new technologies and industry trends

    to ensure modern and competitive hiring practices.
  • Track recruitment metrics, analyze performance data, and generate regular reports for senior management.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in contract staffing.
  • Experience in IT/non-IT staffing.
