About the Role:

Admin Assistant


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end consultant onboarding process in Beeline VMS.
  • Coordinate with Cisco hiring managers, vendors, and consultants to gather required documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with Cisco’s onboarding policies and procedures.
  • Track onboarding progress and maintain accurate records in Beeline.
  • Communicate effectively across stakeholders to resolve onboarding issues quickly.
  • Provide administrative support to HR and project teams as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and escalate Beeline VMS-related issues.


Requirements:

  • Prior experience with Cisco

    nice to have.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    with the ability to interact across all levels.
  • Hands-on experience using

    Beeline VMS

    (mandatory).
  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Previous experience in consultant/vendor onboarding preferred.
