Job Title: Cisco Certified Trainer – (Enterprise | Security | Collaboration) Location: Remote (Anywhere in India) Job Type: Contract Experience: 2–10 Years in Technical Training & Industry Practice Salary: Competitive, based on experience and certifications About the Role We are seeking an experienced and certified Cisco Trainer with expertise in CCNP Enterprise, Security, or Collaboration to join our growing team in Bengaluru (Remote). The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality, hands-on training aligned with Cisco’s official curriculum, preparing candidates for real-world scenarios and certification success. Key Responsibilities Deliver instructor-led training for CCNP Enterprise, Security, or Collaboration tracks as per Cisco’s official curriculum. Supporting Security Certifications as a trainer. Help engineers meet global security standards. Support technical requirements from ITSAR. Guide students through lab-based simulations, live assessments, and troubleshooting exercises. Develop and refine training materials, labs, and assessments to reflect current industry trends and Cisco updates. Provide mentorship, exam strategy tips, and career insights to students. Ensure high engagement, clarity, and technical depth in all training sessions. Collaborate with internal teams to continuously enhance training outcomes and student satisfaction. Required Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on industry experience in relevant domains. Minimum 2 years of experience delivering technical training , either in a corporate or institute setting. Strong command over routing & switching, security frameworks, and enterprise network architectures depending on your domain. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in a Cisco Networking Academy or Cisco Learning Partner. Exposure to virtual labs, simulation tools (EVE-NG, GNS3, Cisco VIRL), and classroom management platforms. Ability to customize training approaches for different learner profiles (beginner to advanced). Why Join Us?
