Location: Sector 63, Noida Shift: General Shift (Day Shift) Employment Type: Full-time Preferred: Noida, Delhi/NCR, Gurgaon Candidates Job Summary: NeerInfo is seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead – IT Recruiter to join our team in Sector 63, Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of recruiters , ensuring effective client management , and playing a hands-on role in sourcing and recruitment activities . This position demands a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a solid background in IT recruitment. Key Responsibilities: Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT recruiters. Set targets, monitor performance, and ensure team productivity. Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. Understand client requirements and deliver high-quality recruitment solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders. Ensure timely delivery and quality hiring as per client expectations. Individual Contribution: Independently source and screen candidates using various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.). Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with clients for further process. Manage the entire recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding. Requirements: Experience: 4–8 years in IT recruitment, with at least 1–2 years in a team lead role. Managed a Team of 3-4 members. Skills: Proven experience in handling IT recruitment (permanent hiring) . Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
