Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join our domestic staffing team in Bengaluru. The role requires managing end-to-end recruitment for IT positions while ensuring high-quality delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver qualified talent.
• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for critical and recurring positions.
• Track, report, and maintain recruitment data and dashboards.
• Ensure a professional candidate experience at every stage of the process.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in domestic IT recruitment.
• Strong understanding of IT skills and hiring trends.
• Expertise in using job portals (Naukri, Monster, etc.) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
