Role Overview:

Senior IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical roles across AI, ML, Cloud, and Data
Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
Source candidates using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.
Conduct initial screenings and coordinate technical interviews
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
Drive recruitment metrics, reporting, and ATS management
Champion employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives
Stay updated on tech hiring trends and market intelligence

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years of experience in IT/technical recruitment
Strong understanding of technical stacks and job functions
Proven success in hiring for AI/ML, Cloud, and Data roles
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
