Job Description

As a Recruitment Relationship Manager at Allegis Global Solutions, you will play a crucial role in driving best practices throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Reporting to the Business Manager / Associate Director, you will be responsible for leading the successful fulfillment of open vacancies, acting as the main point of contact for hiring needs, and providing direction to the Candidate Relationship Specialist and Recruitment Administrator in offshore recruitment delivery centers. **Key Responsibilities:** - Interview and recommend/select qualified applicants based on targeted skills and abilities in a fast-paced environment. - Interact with various levels of staff, candidates, management, external customers, and vendors. - Handle multiple senior stakeholders, partners, and maintain a client-facing environment. - Utilize extensive knowledge of passive talent pool availability to map talent from similar organizations/industry. - Build and cultivate relationships internally and externally to create an active network of partners. - Utilize strong interpersonal, consulting, and communication skills to build collaborative relationships. - Source talent from job boards, databases, and other platforms. - Remain motivated in a dynamic work environment and work independently. - Ensure a high quality Hiring Manager & Candidate experience throughout the hiring process. - Manage critical Key Performance Indicators such as Time to Fill, Time to shortlist, Conversion rates, and cost optimization. - Implement diversity strategies and practices to increase diversity candidates while maintaining quality. - Provide SME experience and collaborate with key stakeholders to meet hiring targets. - Work with TA technology tools like ATS, CRM, psychometric assessments, technical assessments, video interviewing platforms, onboarding tools, and survey tools. - Focus on technology hiring for the Financial domain, specifically in Product/Service-based IT sector, digital domain, e-Commerce, and start-up organizations. **Qualifications:** - 4-10 years of recruiting experience in IT Technology hiring across domains, especially in Product-based firms. - Experience in full cycle hiring in a high-volume environment under stringent deadlines. - Ability to interview and recommend/select qualified applicants in a fast-paced environment. - Strong interpersonal, consulting, and communication skills. - Experience with sourcing from job boards, databases, and other platforms. - Knowledge of HR policies, practices, and procedures, including understanding of Technology and product recruiting requirements. - Hands-on experience with technology hiring for product-based companies and clients. - Bachelor's degree or any Graduation. - Strong written and oral English communication skills. - Ability to recruit with a sense of urgency. - Strong work ethic and commitment. - Ability to work under pressure.,
