🔑 Key Skills & Responsibilities:
Proven experience as a Technical or IT Recruiter (in-house or agency).
Solid understanding of various technologies and IT roles (e.g., software developers, system admins, cloud engineers).
Experience with sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter).
Familiarity with ATS and HR databases.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
